Paddy the Pickle is the smiling face of Pickle Fest Texarkana — equal parts brine, bounce, and big festival energy. You'll spot her cheering on vendors, hyping the crowd, dancing through downtown, and showing up for everything from the 5K to the main stage celebrations.

When that green grin shows up, the party has officially begun. Keep an eye out for photo ops, surprise appearances, and plenty of pickle-powered fun all day long.
